The WWE announced on Monday that Brock Lesnar has re-signed with the WWE, although the length of the new deal was not disclosed.

Lesnar will defend the Universal title against Roman Reigns in a steel cage match at the “Greatest Royal Rumble” event on Friday, April 27th in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in a rematch from WrestleMania 34.

The fact that no length was listed for the renewal, opens up a possibility that it could be a short-term deal and that the expected victory by Reigns was being delayed several weeks so that the Saudi Arabia card could be as big as possible.

The event will stream live on the WWE Network at Noon Eastern that day. It will also include a 50-man Royal Rumble, a ladder match for the Intercontinental title with Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, The Miz, and Samoa Joe, and will feature a singles match with John Cena vs. Triple H.
