United States title match added to the Crown Jewel kickoff show

The WWE has added a match between Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev for the United States title for the kickoff portion of Crown Jewel on Friday.

The kickoff show will air at 11 am Eastern and will feature the panel of Jonathan Coachman, David Otunga, and Booker T.

On Thursday, the news was first reported by Ryan Satin at Pro Wrestling Sheet that Hulk Hogan will be the host of the show. Hogan will be making his first WWE appearance since 2015 when he was fired after the discovery Hogan’s racist diatribe from the sex tape he was involved in back in 2006.

Both John Cena and Daniel Bryan were officially removed from the show this week with Cena being replaced in the World Cup tournament by Bobby Lashley and Bryan replaced by Samoa Joe in the WWE title match with AJ Styles.
