During Wednesday’s 47th anniversary card, New Japan Pro Wrestling announced the dates and locations for the G1 Climax this summer.

During Wednesday’s 47th anniversary card, New Japan Pro Wrestling announced the dates and locations for the G1 Climax this summer.

The annual tournament kicks off on Saturday, July 6th with the opening night at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. It will culminate with three consecutive nights at Budokan Hall from August 10 – 12th with the final night on a Monday, as opposed to the traditional Sunday night.
