The Usos In Action, John Morrison On MizTV Announced For Friday Night SmackDown

For the first time since the Summer of 2019, The Usos are competing in a WWE ring, John Morrison is appearing on MizTV and Sasha Banks takes on Lacey Evans.

Tomorrow’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown is taking place inside The Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana and prior to last week’s show going off the air, a Sasha Banks versus Lacey Evans match was made official for this week’s show. Per WWE.com, SmackDown will also feature the return to in-ring competition of Jimmy and Jey Uso. The former 6-time WWE Tag Team Champions returned to WWE TV last week to save Roman Reigns from a beat down from King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler. Following that exchange, Jimmy and Jey are now taking on King Corbin and Ziggler tomorrow night.

Also, two pairs of former WWE Intercontinental Champions The Miz and John Morrison are appearing on-screen together for a new edition of MizTV. After Miz was defeated by Kofi Kingston on SmackDown last week, he ambushed Kofi from behind and was met with a chorus of boo’s from the crowd. WWE backstage interviewer and correspondent Cathy Kelley attempted to get a word in with Miz after the attack, but answering The Miz’s door for him was John Morrison. Morrison stated that Miz didn’t have anything to say, but they’ll tell all on MizTV.

WWE is two weeks away from the Royal Rumble pay-per-view and currently slated for the show are the men and women’s Royal Rumble matches, Becky Lynch versus Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship and “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt defending the Universal Title against Daniel Bryan.
