This week on Friday Night SmackDown, Bayley will defend the SmackDown women’s title on the Valentine’s Day edition of the show.
It was announced during Raw that Bayley will defend the women’s title against Carmella on Friday night in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Carmella won a four-way match on last week’s episode against Naomi, Alexa Bliss, and Dana Brooke to earn the next title match against Bayley. After pinning Naomi, Carmella was immediately attacked from behind by Bayley to end the show.
Bayley has been SmackDown women’s champion since last October when she defeated Charlotte Flair for the title. Carmella held the title from April until August 2018.
This Friday’s episode will also feature Otis and Mandy Rose going out on a date.
