Former World Heavyweight Champion and Inner Circle member Jake Hager will make his in-ring debut for All Elite Wrestling in two weeks at the company’s first pay-per-view event of the year, ‘Revolution’ from the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Illinois. Hager is slated to go one-on-one with Dustin Rhodes.
The feud between the two men dates back several months ago when Hager slammed a limousine door onto Dustin Rhodes’ arm which took Rhodes out of in-ring competition for a number of weeks. On the 2/12 episode of Dynamite from Cedar Park, Texas, Rhodes took on Hager’s Inner Circle member Sammy Guevara and defeated Guevara. After the match, Rhodes picked up a microphone and referred to Hager as “Jericho’s b*tch” and asked for a match at Revolution.
"Are you ever gonna step into the ring? Or are you gonna keep collecting a paycheck?" – @dustinrhodes.
