The March 4th edition of AEW: Dynamite was live from Broomfield, Colorado and the show featured the in-person Dynamite debut of WWE Hall Of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts. Roberts made cameo appearances in video packages for AEW in the past. Roberts confronted Cody as Cody was about to address his loss to MJF at Revolution. Roberts revealed that he has a client coming to AEW and that client is coming to take Cody’s “share of the pie”.
