The individual behind the promos that have been airing on NXT over the past several weeks was revealed during tonight’s taped episode of NXT on the USA Network. The individual turned out to be Killer Kross. Triple H brought Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa out to the ring to address their on-going feud with one another and he pleaded with them that it needs to come to an end. Triple H proposed the idea of Ciampa and Gargano clashing one more time to officially end their feud. Ciampa and Gargano agreed that they can have their match in two weeks.
As the two continued to exchange words and Triple H tried to separate them, Killer Kross’ face was shown in the promo below as NXT went off the air.

On December 18th, IMPACT Wrestling made the announcement that Killer Kross had officially been released from the company. In the months leading up to that day, Kross and IMPACT had not been on good terms as Kross requested his release earlier in the year and IMPACT did not grant him that release. Prior to his release, the last time Kross appeared on IMPACT TV was on June 6th.
It was two months later on WWE’s ‘Backstage’ show on FS1 that Kross’ WWE signing was officially announced, along with the signing of Timothy Thatcher. Kross’ significant other Scarlett Bordeaux is also a member of the NXT roster and she joined the company in November of 2019.
