Several matches and a segment were advertised for next week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown on the final show before the Money in the Bank card.
The taped show from the Performance Center will feature the following matches:
*Daniel Bryan, Drew Gulak & TBA vs. King Corbin, Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura
*Bayley & Sasha Banks vs. Tamina & Lacey Evans
*A face-to-face segment involving Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt
*Jeff Hardy returns
Bryan and Corbin have both qualified for the Money in the Bank Ladder match with their singles match ending in a disqualification this week as Corbin attacked Bryan with a ladder. Bryan and Gulak will have a mystery partner join them for next week’s six-man tag.
Bayley will defend the SmackDown women’s title against Tamina at Money in the Bank while Evans will participate in the women’s portion of the Money in the Bank Ladder match. The tag match was set up after a backstage pull-apart brawl between the four on this week’s episode.
Jeff Hardy will make his first appearance on SmackDown since the March 13th episode where he defeated King Corbin on the first empty arena show that WWE presented.
After Hardy’s latest video package ran, they advertised his appearance with Sheamus responding that he’ll be there as well, thus setting up their program.
