Friday Night SmackDown’s overnight figures show that the program was able to reverse the downward trend of the past month with a small increase.

The show averaged 2,040,000 viewers on Fox representing an 8% increase over last week’s final number.

If the final number finishes at this level, it would be the first week since April 3rd where SmackDown improved from the week prior. This would still be SmackDown’s third-lowest mark since launching on Fox last October.

The show did 2,087,000 viewers in the first hour and 1,992,000 in the second that featured the main event six-man tag with King Corbin, Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura defeating Daniel Bryan, Drew Gulak & Otis.

The show registered a 0.5 in the 18-49 demographic, which is the third straight week with that number. On Friday night, SmackDown tied 20/20 on ABC and The Blacklist on CBS for the lowest of the night in the key demo among the big four networks.

The final number reflecting the entire country will be out on Monday.
