Additional details regarding the arrest of Jose Rodriguez Chucuan have emerged after the former WWE wrestler was charged with sexual assault.
Chucuan, who is better known as ‘Alberto Del Rio’ and ‘Alberto El Patron’ was arrested on Saturday with the sexual assault charge classified as a second-degree felony.
News 4 in San Antonio obtained the court documents that outline a frightening picture of what allegedly occurred.
A woman presented photographs alleging she was beaten and sexually assaulted and provided brutal details in an affidavit.
The court documents outline that she was accused of being unfaithful and Chucuan became upset when she would not admit to the infidelity. She alleges that he slapped her numerous times before requesting she put on a dress to dance for him, which she refused. She stated that after turning down the request, he threatened to drop her son off “in the middle of the road somewhere”.
The gruesome details continue with the woman stating he tied her hands with boxing straps, placed a sock in her mouth, and proceeded to sexually assault her for hours using several objects and was punched in the back of the head.
The record states his bond was set at $50,000 and was posted with Chucuan released from jail early Sunday.
Chucuan, 42, wrestled as recently as February and fought for Combate Americas last December where he was submitted by Tito Ortiz in the first round of their pay-per-view fight.
