Report: Rachael Evers part of recent WWE releases

Rachael Evers is no longer a member of the NXT roster as it has been confirmed that she was a part of the recent WWE releases/furloughs.

Another name has been added to the list of mass WWE releases/furloughs that occurred in late April. Rachael Ellering, now formerly known as Rachael Evers posted a video to her Twitter page which featured some of her matches from her time on the independent scene and WWE and at the conclusion of the video, it read: “Rachael Ellering, Don’t Call It A Comeback”.

The news of Rachael’s departure from WWE was confirmed by Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline. The 27-year old Ellering worked with WWE since 2016. She did enhancement talent work for the company and in the following years, she would partake in both Mae Young Classic tournaments.

In January of 2019, Rachael officially signed with WWE and joined the NXT brand. Last Summer, Ellering suffered a torn ACL which kept her out of action for a year. Her last match was the match in-which she tore her ACL and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she was not able to make her return to the ring for NXT. Rachael is the daughter of WWE Hall Of Famer Paul Ellering.
