Next week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown has several matches advertised including the remaining quarter-final matches in the Intercontinental title tournament.
WWE taped two editions of SmackDown this past week at the Performance Center including next week’s show that is set to feature the following matches:
*Bayley vs. Charlotte Flair in a Champion vs. Champion match
*AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura in the Intercontinental title tournament
*Jeff Hardy vs. Sheamus in the Intercontinental title tournament
*Otis & Mandy Rose vs. Dolph Ziggler & Sonya Deville
Daniel Bryan and Elias advanced in the Intercontinental title tournament during Friday’s episode. Bryan will face the winner of Hardy vs. Sheamus and Elias will face the winner of Styles vs. Nakamura.
Styles and Nakamura have not had a singles match in almost two years, although both were involved in a triple threat match with Roderick Strong last November at Survivor Series.
