Prior to the airing of tonight’s match between Edge and Randy Orton, it has been reported that Edge suffered an injury during the filming of the match.
Sean Ross Sapp is reporting at Fightful Select that the performer suffered a triceps injury while filming the match and had been kept quiet throughout the week. Dave Meltzer is reporting that Edge suffered a torn triceps.
The match was said to have been taped last Sunday and will be airing tonight. It has been promoted as the main hook of the entire show.
The injury to Edge was confirmed to us at POST Wrestling.
