WWE’s NXT brand has two title matches set up for the forthcoming weeks of television. On next week’s episode of NXT, Keith Lee will defend his North American Championship in a Triple-Threat match against Johnny Gargano and Finn Balor. On July 8th, the winner of that North American Title match will go on to face NXT Champion Adam Cole in a winner take all bout.
The matches came about as all four men were in the ring staking their claims to the respective championships. Earlier in the show, Lee told Cole that he’s going to be the one to take the NXT Title away from Cole and not Karrion Kross. After a few minutes of back and forth, William Regal made his way to the ring and let Balor, Cole, Gargano and Lee know how things were going to be settled.
