All Elite Wrestling’s Kris Statlander confirmed last month that she tore her ACL during an episode of AEW Dynamite. Today, a photo of Statlander before undergoing surgery was shared by Caleb Konely. Hours after that photo was posted, Statlander provided an update post-surgery and gave a thumbs up to indicate that the operation was a success.

Statlander’s ACL injury occurred on the June 10th edition of AEW Dynamite. She went out for a “Suicide Dive” onto Kip Sabian and injured her knee.

Regarding AEW’s women’s division, Hikaru Shida is the current champion and she is scheduled to face Diamante on the 7/29 edition of Dynamite. The company is also gearing up to present their Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament that’ll consist of eight teams and the tournament will start this Summer.
