AEW presented a special Saturday edition of Dynamite. The show was delayed by approximately 30 minutes due the conclusion of the Indiana Pacers vs. Miami Heat game.
Tully Blanchard debuted as FTR’s new manager. Following FTR’s defeat of Private Party, a Gauntlet Match was announced for next week featuring the Natural Nightmares vs. Young Bucks, with the winners then facing Best Friends before meeting the No. 1 ranked FTR. The winners would then go on to receive a title match against champions Kenny Omega/Hangman Page at All Out. In a backstage segment, FTR assured Page that their contentions are specifically with The Young Bucks and Kenny, not with him.
Following last week’s attack from Jon Moxley, MJF appeared in a neck brace with an attorney to propose that the Paradigm Shift be banned for their All Out AEW Championship match due to its deadly nature.

A moment of miscommunication between The Butcher & Blade and The Lucha Bros. caused their team to lose an 8-man tag to Jurassic Express & The Natural Nightmares. Following a post-match scuffle between the heels, Eddie Kingston walked out to propose a new union between the five under his leadership. As the new faction embraced, Kingston gave a wink to the camera behind their backs.
Britt Baker notes that although she agreed to a match with Big Swole next week, a match type was not specified. Baker then invited Penelope Ford to join her and Reba in a 3-on-1 handicap match against Big Swole for next week’s Dynamite, with the promise that Ford will receive free dental care and free make-up for one year.
Orange Cassidy’s “first interview ever” was interrupted by a disheveled Chris Jericho, who congratulated Cassidy on his win last week before challenging him to a rubber match at All Out. Jericho proposed a “Mimosa Mayhem Match” where the only way to win is for a participant to dump their opponent into an 80 gallon vat of orange juice mixed with champagne. After Cassidy accepted with a low-effort thumbs up, he and the Best Friends were ambushed by the rest of the Inner Circle, resulting in Cassidy being held upside down and drowned in an endless stream of bubbly.

Kenny Omega’s breakdown continues following his and The Young Bucks’ defeat of Dark Order’s Silver, Reynolds and Angels. After delivering a One Winged Angel and scoring the victory, an incensed Omega attempted to powerbomb Angels through a steel chair, prompting The Young Bucks to restrain him.
Following Darby Allin’s defeat of Will Hobbs, Taz introduced his latest addition to his faction. The man would reveal himself to be Ricky Starks dressed in Allin’s familiar facepaint and outfit. Starks’ imitation was only revealed to be misdirection however, as Brian Cage would attack Allin from behind with his FTW title. Starks would proceed to deliver a scathing message to an unconscious Allin, vowing to make the world see him for the joke that he is.
Sammy Guevara appeared during Dynamite picture-in-picture with his cue cards, further taunting Matt Hardy for his brutal laceration from several weeks back. While still in commercial, Matt Hardy attacked, repeatedly beating Sammy with his own steel chair before throwing him off of the Dynamite stage through a table. Their match next week was later announced as a tables match.
Thunder Rosa made her AEW debut in a pre-taped promo, challenging AEW Champion Hikaru Shida to a match at All Out. Rosa was recognized as the NWA Women’s Champion and appeared with the title.
In the AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup final, Diamante & Ivelisse defeated The Nightmare Sisters after thwarting QT Marshall’s attempts to interfere. Madusa presented them with the trophy.
In the main event, Dark Order’s Brodie Lee ended Cody’s three-month reign as the inaugural TNT Champion following a devastating barrage of attacks that resulted in Cody being unable to initiate a single offensive attack. Following the shocking loss, Cody was taken up the ramp on a stretcher. Members of Dark Order would proceed to attack and lay out Cody and the rest of the Nightmare Family including Arn Anderson, Dustin Rhodes, QT Marshall and Brandi Rhodes.
