Miro, formerly known as multi-time WWE United States Champion Rusev appeared on AEW Dynamite and was revealed as the best man for Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford’s wedding. Miro was released from WWE back in April as a part of the company’s mass furloughs/cuts. In the months since then, he has chatted about wrestling via his Twitch channel.
In his first promo for All Elite Wrestling, Miro mentioned that he was in the same house for a decade and reaching for an imaginary brass ring. Shortly after the segment, it was announced that he has joined the All Elite Wrestling roster.

Throughout his decade-long run in WWE, Miro became a three-time United States Champion and six months after departing the sports-entertainment, he is now a member of All Elite Wrestling and is aligned with Kip Sabian.
