Following AEW’s All Out pay-per-view, Dynamite topped one million viewers without a first-run episode of NXT running against it.
With 1,016,000 viewers, it was the fourth time in AEW’s history that they topped one million viewers and was the program’s highest viewership average since October 9, 2019.
The viewership mark represented a 9.5 percent increase from last week’s episode that was also unopposed. Both week’s featured replays of NXT airing on Syfy with last week’s replay averaging 183,000 viewers and this week’s unlisted in the top fifty cable programs.
AEW finished seventh among all cable programs with a 0.37 rating in the 18-49 demo. Game 6 of the Toronto Raptors vs. Boston Celtics topped the listings with 3,427,000 (1.32 in the demo) on cable and aired head-to-head with Dynamite.
It was AEW’s second-highest rating in the 18-49 demo this year trailing the January 15th episode that did a 0.38.
AEW finished with a 0.22 among adults 18-34, so they were slightly edged out by this week’s episode of WWE Raw that did a 0.23 in that demo.
AEW increased 50 percent with women 12-34 registering a 0.15 rating while females 18-49 increased by 14 percent. Dynamite fell among males 12-34 by 14 percent and saw a minor drop of 4 percent with adults 18-34.
