IMPACT Wrestling announces the passing of both Barry Scott and Stevie Lee

Longtime voice of TNA Wrestling's intro and video packages Barry Scott has passed away.

IMPACT Wrestling announced the passing of longtime voice of TNA Wrestling’s intro and video packages, Barry Scott. Scott was 65-years old.

IMPACT Wrestling did a thread of videos that Scott put his voice behind including a voice over for a Moose video package earlier this year, the intro to Slammiversary 2018 and 2012 and the intro for the first episode of IMPACT! on Spike.

Barry Scott also worked with the NBA throughout his career in sports broadcasting.

IMPACT Wrestling also made the announcement that Stevie Lee, formerly known as “Puppet The Psycho Dwarf” passed away. Lee wrestled several times for TNA during their weekly pay-per-view era. A GoFundMe was set up by Lee’s family and friends to help assist with the funeral costs:

“Steve “Puppet The Psycho Dwarf” Lee Richardson unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at his home in the morning. He was beloved by many and has many friends that were family, fans that adored him, but only his brother Jim left to take care of final arrangements. Puppet has put smiles across the world with his hardcore attitude and lifestyle. He is a legend in the art of Midget Wrestling. He needs our help to give him one last curtain call. Please donate what you can, share his memories with everyone, and share this fundraiser to give the Psycho Dwarf the best resting place possible. All proceeds will be given to Jim Richardson to handle the services/burial costs. Thank you all so much and Puppet, we love you brother!”

POST Wrestling would like to send our condolences to the family, friends and loved ones of both Barry Scott and Stevie Lee.
