With the Denver Nuggets defeating the L.A. Clippers on Sunday, that series will go to a seventh game on Tuesday with Miami vs. Boston kicking off its series the same night. There are no playoff games scheduled for Wednesday.
The contingency plan for TNT was to air AEW Dynamite on Thursday, if necessary but won’t have that problem to deal with.
It also marks the first AEW and NXT head-to-head battle with first-run episodes since August 12th.
This Wednesday’s card is advertising the following:
*Best Friends vs. Santana & Ortiz in a Parking Lot Fight
*Thunder Rosa vs. Ivelisse for the NWA women’s title
*FTR vs. Luchasaurus & Jungle Boy non-title
*Chris Jericho & Jake Hager vs. Private Party
*MJF in action
*Hangman Page vs. Frankie Kazarian
