For tonight’s airing of NXT, there were no wrestlers shown in the crowd during the show. There was piped-in crowd noise for the matches.
Tom Phillips and Beth Phoenix called the action as it was announced that Wade Barrett and Vic Joseph were off this week. Vic called the action for 205 Live this past Friday along with Nigel McGuinness.
In the Eliminator Gauntlet main event, while KUSHIDA was still in the match, he was ambushed by Velveteen Dream and eliminated soon after. KUSHIDA and Dream have went back and forth over the past several weeks. Kacy Catanzaro competed in the women’s Battle Royal to open to the show and avoided elimination in a unique manner twice.
We see you AGAIN, @KacyCatanzaro!

Shotzi Blackheart versus Dakota Kai is official for next week, as well is Damian Priest and Io Shirai versus Candice LeRae and Johnny Gargano.
