Adding on to the lineup for the 10/5 edition of Monday Night RAW is a Women’s Tag Team Championship match. The champions Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax are defending their titles against the duo of Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan. Morgan and Riott were scheduled to challenge Jax and Baszler for the titles at the Clash of Champions pay-per-view but the match was pulled from the show.
During the Clash of Champions pay-per-view, it was stated on commentary that the status of the Women’s Tag Title match would be addressed and a week out from the pay-per-view, the match has been made official.

Jax and Baszler captured the titles at Payback in August by defeating Sasha Banks and Bayley. While mentioning Banks and the SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley, the two are scheduled to go one-on-one on the WWE Draft edition of SmackDown this week.
