To kick off the second hour of AEW Dynamite, Cody and Brodie Lee clashed for the TNT Championship in a Dog Collar match. Greg “The Hammer” Valentine was the special guest host for the match and he watched the bout from the stands of Daily’s Place. In what was a match that saw both men shed a great deal of blood, it was Cody who emerged victorious to become TNT Champion once again.

Cody returned to Dynamite several weeks ago after being defeated by Lee in under five minutes for the TNT Title and now, Cody is a two-time holder of the championship.
Following the match, Cody was interrupted by Orange Cassidy who recently challenged for the TNT Championship and fell short in a match against Brodie Lee. Next week’s edition of Dynamite is the company’s anniversary show.
