Roman Reigns issued the challenge to Jey Uso to have another match for the Universal Championship but this go-around is inside Hell In A Cell. Roman stated that their forthcoming match will have big stakes tied to it and Roman revealed on the 10/9 edition of SmackDown that their match at Hell In A Cell will also be an I Quit match.

Reigns defeated Jey Uso in the main event of the Clash of Champions pay-per-view. The conclusion of their match saw Jimmy Uso’s return to WWE programming after suffering a knee injury at WrestleMania 36. Jimmy threw in the towel for Jey who was being beaten down by Reigns.
