Two matches have been added to the lineup for the 10/14 episode of NXT on the USA Network. NXT on-screen GM William Regal tweeted out that Damian Priest is going to defend his North American Championship against Dexter Lumis. Lumis was scheduled for the then-vacant NXT North American Title ladder match at TakeOver 30 but was pulled from the bout due to injury. Damian Priest was the winner of that aforementioned match.
Last week on NXT, Lumis bested Austin Theory in singles competition and is now challenging for the gold. Also, Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan are teaming up to face Bobby Fish and Roderick Strong. The winners will earn a shot at Tyler Breeze and Fandango’s NXT Tag Team Titles.
