NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Title match set for night one of NJPW Road to Power Struggle

New Japan Pro-Wrestling revealed the lineup for night one of their 'Road to Power Struggle' shows.

The 2020 G1 Climax tournament has concluded with Kota Ibushi emerging as the winner and New Japan Pro-Wrestling is on the road to their ‘Power Struggle’ event on November 7th. Prior to the ‘Power Struggle’ event are the ‘Road to Power Struggle’ shows and on night one, the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championships will be defended. As of this writing, here’s the announced card for the 10/23 event:

 

  • Yota Tsuji vs. Yuya Uemura
  • Gabriel Kidd & Kazuchika Okada vs. The Empire (Will Ospreay & Great-O-Khan)
  • BUSHI, Hiromu Takahashi & Shingo Takagi vs. Yoshinobu Kanemaru, El Desperado & Minoru Suzuki
  • Tomoaki Honma, Hiroshi Tanahashi & Kota Ibushi vs. Gedo, KENTA & Jay White
  • SANADA & Tetsuya Naito vs. Dick Togo & EVIL
  • NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championships: YOSHI-HASHI, Tomohiro Ishii & Hirooki Goto (c) vs. DOUKI, Zack Sabre Junior & Taichi

Following Power Struggle is the 2020 World Tag League and Best of the Super Juniors tournaments which will take place simultaneously.
