There were several ‘Law & Otis’ segments on tonight’s episode of SmackDown to determine if Otis should remain Mr. Money In The Bank or if the contract should be handed over to The Miz. The bailiff for the segment was Ron Simmons who was joined by John Bradshaw Layfield who played the judge. As JBL was about to rule in favor of Otis, he received a payout from The Miz and John Morrison which led to it being announced that Miz and Otis will meet at the Hell In A Cell pay-per-view and the winner be crowned Mr. Money In The Bank.
