Former NWA Women’s World Champion Allysin Kay took to social media at midnight on 11/3 and announced that she is officially a free agent. Allysin was under contract to the National Wrestling Alliance and she thanked the NWA for the opportunities they gave her, including her match at ‘Hard Times’ against Thunder Rosa that she thinks of as one of her favorite matches of her career.
As of today, I am officially a free agent.
Thank you to the NWA for the opportunities, which included one of my favorite matches of my career.

Kay had been working with the NWA dating back to the Spring of 2019. She captured the vacant NWA Women’s World Title at the Crockett Cup event in April of last year. She held the championship until the ‘Hard Times’ pay-per-view this past January where she was defeated by Thunder Rosa.
Thunder Rosa recently dropped the NWA Women’s Title to Serena Deeb on last week’s United Wrestling Network ‘Prime Time Live’ show. The following night on a taped episode of AEW Dynamite, Deeb successfully defended the title against Leyla Hirsch.
