AEW has added a new match for its Buy-In pre-show this Saturday with a match announced for the NWA Women’s Championship.
Tony Khan announced Wednesday that the previous match scheduled for the Buy-In between Orange Cassidy and John Silver has been moved onto the pay-per-view portion of Full Gear this Saturday.
Taking its slot on the Buy-In is an NWA Women’s Championship match with Serena Deeb defending the title against Allysin Kay.
Kay, who has previously wrestled as “Sienna” for IMPACT Wrestling, announced earlier this week that she was a free agent and thanked the NWA for the opportunities they provided.
Prior to the pandemic, Kay had been wrestling for the NWA and had a great match with Thunder Rosa at the Hard Times pay-per-view this past January where Kay lost the NWA Women’s Championship Thunder Rosa.
Deeb just won the NWA Women’s Championship from Thunder Rosa last week at the UWA Primetime Live event on October 27th.
