DDT Pro-related content was filmed backstage at Daily’s Place. During an AEW Dark taping, Jungle Boy pinned Joey Janela to become DDT Ironman Heavymetalweight Champion. In a segment filmed on 11/11, Marko Stunt rolled up Jungle Boy to become the champion. While Stunt was running away, he was accidentally hit by a door that Britt Baker was entering from and Baker went on to pin Stunt to become Ironman Heavymetalweight Champion. Baker also won the Pakistan REW Championship.

The Ironman Heavymetalweight and Pakistan REW Titles are of similar vein to the 24/7 Title that WWE brought onto their programming in 2019. There have been over 140 different holders of the Heavymetalweight Title.
Back in October, DDT Pro-Wrestling owner Sanshiro Takagi did an interview with Inside The Ropes and talked about how he’d like to send more Joshi talent over to AEW when possible. Sanshiro is also planning to bring Kenny Omega back to DDT.
