The current IMPACT Wrestling X Division Champion Manik (TJP) won the title from Rohit Raju at the Final Resolution show earlier this month. On a following episode of IMPACT on AXS, former X Division Champion Chris Bey used Rohit Raju to score a DQ victory over Manik. With both Rohit and Bey having their respective claims to a title match, IMPACT announced that at Hard To Kill on January 16th, the title will be defended in a three-way.

Over the Summer, Chris Bey won the X Division Title from Willie Mack at Slammiversary and dropped the title just one month later to Rohit Raju.

A week prior to the Hard To Kill pay-per-view, IMPACT is running their ‘Genesis’ show on the IMPACT Plus app and at that event, Willie Mack is taking on Moose in a ‘I Quit’ match and the Super X Cup is returning.

As far the lineup for Hard To Kill goes, there are three matches announced for the show and those are listed as followed:

IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Championship Tournament Final: Kiera Hogan & Tasha Steelz vs. TBD
* Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows) vs. Rich Swann & Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin)
* IMPACT X Division Championship — Three Way Match: Manik (c) vs. Chris Bey vs. Rohit Raju

Tonight and next week’s episode of IMPACT on AXS are year-end specials but to hear POST Wrestling’s reviews of the last several weeks of IMPACT TV, check out the upNXT podcast feed.
