Sting & Darby Allin vs. Brian Cage & Ricky Starks announced for AEW Revolution

Sting will have his first wrestling match since 2015 at AEW's Revolution pay-per-view. He'll be teaming with TNT Champion Darby Allin.

The first match has been announced for All Elite Wrestling’s first pay-per-view of 2021 titled Revolution. The event will feature the in-ring return of Sting. Sting is set to team with TNT Champion Darby Allin and they’ll be wrestling Brian Cage and Ricky Starks of Team Taz in a Street Fight.

Sting last wrestled in 2015 at the WWE Night Of Champions pay-per-view where he challenged Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. He was forced to step away from in-ring competition after taking a Buckle Bomb that caused a multitude of issues for his neck/spine area.

Sting debuted for AEW at their Winter Is Coming show in early December and signed a multi-year deal with the company. Over the past month, Sting has been paired with Darby Allin on-screen and the two have protected one another from Team Taz.

Sting is 61-years old and this will be his first match in six years. Also scheduled for Revolution is an AEW World Tag Team Title match. The Young Bucks’ opponents will be determined at Beach Bash on 2/3.
