REPORT: AEW moving Revolution PPV to March 7

All Elite Wrestling's first pay-per-view of 2021 has been moved from late February to March 7th.

The first pay-per-view of the new year that All Elite Wrestling is presenting is their Revolution pay-per-view. Already announced for the show is a Street Fight that will see the in-ring return of Sting who’ll be teaming with TNT Champion Darby Allin to take on Ricky Starks and Brian Cage of Team Taz. That event was initially announced for February 27th but on the most recent installment of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that the event is being moved to March 7th.

AEW has not made an announcement about the date change. Meltzer noted in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the Revolution PPV date was being changed.

AEW is moving towards their Beach Break event that is scheduled for 2/3. At the show, Thunder Rosa is taking on Britt Baker, there will be a Battle Royal to determine The Young Bucks’ challengers for the AEW Tag Titles at Revolution and headlining that Beach Break show will be Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson) vs. Jon Moxley, PAC and Rey Fenix.

As of this writing, here’s the lineup for the 1/27 episode of Dynamite:

– Chris Jericho & MJF vs. Varsity Blonds (Griff Garrison & Brian Pillman Jr.)
– Eddie Kingston vs. Lance Archer
– Dax Harwood vs. Jungle Boy
– The Young Bucks & The Good Brothers vs. Dark Order (Stu Grayson, Evil Uno, John Silver & Alex Reynolds)
– Cody responds to Shaquille O’Neal
– Sting & Darby Allin appearance
– Jon Moxley appearance
