On Friday’s episode of 205 Live, the quarterfinals of the Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic wrapped up with Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon advancing.
Blackheart & Moon defeated the makeshift team of Marina Shafir & Zoey Stark (who previously wrestled as Lacey Ryan). It was Shafir’s first match on television in months while Stark was making her WWE debut in the quarterfinal match. It ended with Moon submitting Stark allowing them to advance to the semi-finals.
The two semi-final matches of the Dusty Classic will see Blackheart & Moon take on Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell. On the other side of the bracket, Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzalez will face Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter.
The finals are scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 14th at the next NXT TakeOver special.
