Jay White appeared at Monday’s Road to New Beginning show at Korakuen Hall and attacked Tomohiro Ishii.
It was White’s first appearance for New Japan since losing to Kota Ibushi in the main event of Wrestle Kingdom 15 on January 5th.
After the match, White cut a promo stating he might quit and did not appear on any of the events in January.
White’s attack occurred after Ishii, Kazuchika Okada & Toru Yano defeated EVIL, Yujiro & Dick Togo after Ishii pinned Yujiro following a brainbuster. White stormed the ring and hit Ishii with a Blade Runner before leaving with Gedo.
White had been advertised for the upcoming Anniversary card in March.
