The injury woes continue for New Japan Pro Wrestling after Hiromu Takahashi missed Saturday’s Road to Castle Attack event.

NJPW announced that Takahashi sustained a left shoulder injury and was removed from Saturday’s card in Yamagata. Takahashi was scheduled to team with Shingo Takagi against El Phantasmo & Taiji Ishimori. Instead, Takagi faced Yujiro, and ELP & Ishimori took on Yota Tsuji & Yuya Uemura.

It is unknown the extent of the injury of if Takahashi will miss any more dates.

This tour has also seen Tetsuya Naito removed from several shows due to a knee injury, and Yuto Nakashima is off the tour due to an elbow injury.
