Game Changer Wrestling has announced that the long-awaited match between Jon Moxley and Josh Barnett will take place in April.
It was revealed on Saturday that Moxley and Barnett will square off at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 6 on Thursday, April 8th during WrestleMania Week in Tampa.
The two were originally scheduled to meet back in September 2019 on a Bloodsport event but it fell through due to Moxley contracting staph infection. Moxley finally participated on a Bloodsport card last October against Chris Dickinson and competed on the show that aired tonight against Davey Boy Smith Jr.
Bloodsport is part of The Collective: Remix series of shows taking place during the week of WrestleMania from The Cuban Club in Tampa.
