For the second time in his career, The Miz is WWE Champion. He cashed in his Money In The Bank contract at the conclusion of the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.
Drew McIntyre successfully defended the WWE Title inside Elimination Chamber against AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton, Kofi Kingston and Sheamus. Following the match, McIntyre was ambushed by former United States Champion Bobby Lashley which led to Mr. Money In The Bank The Miz heading to the ring and cashing in.

Prior to the WWE Title Elimination Chamber match, The Hurt Business’ MVP was chatting with The Miz backstage. This came after Lashley lost the U.S. Title in a three-way match.
