Prior to the third season of the popular Dark Side of the Ring series, Vice will be introducing a new 90-minute talk show exploring past subjects of the series.

It was revealed on Tuesday that a new show entitled Dark Side of the Ring: Confidential will premiere on Tuesday, March 9th at 9 pm ET with host Conrad Thompson speaking with co-producers Evan Husney and Jason Eisener.

There will be eight episodes of the talk show with myriad special guests including Tommy Dreamer, former WWE referee Mike Chioda, The Blue Meanie (Brian Heffron), and Savio Vega.

They will look at subjects from the first two seasons, including never-before-seen footage. Topics covered in the past include the Von Erichs, Gino Hernandez, the Montreal Screwjob, Bruiser Brody, Chris Benoit, and Owen Hart.

Former WWE writer Andrew Goldstein is the showrunner of Dark Side of the Ring: Confidential with Husney and Eisner serving as co-producers along with Guillermo Garcia, Lee Hoffman, and Catherine Whyte.

Thompson is the host of several popular podcasts with Bruce Prichard, Eric Bischoff, Jim Ross, Kurt Angle, Tony Schiavone, and Arn Anderson. He also co-hosted a limited podcast series with Husney and Eisener throughout season two of Dark Side of the Ring reviewing each episode after its initial airing on Vice.

The third season of Dark Side does not have a premiere date announced yet but subjects will include one on Brian Pillman, which is scheduled to be the season premiere.

Vice is planning several spinoffs from the popularity of the show with Dark Side of the ‘90s and Dark Side of the Football in development.
