Tonight’s episode of Raw featured a Tag Team Championship match as Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander of The Hurt Business put their titles on the line against the duo of Braun Strowman and WWE official Adam Pearce. Strowman and Pearce’s pairing came about when Shane McMahon put the two together because of their past issues with one another. During the match, Strowman had Benjamin beat but Shane insisted that Strowman tag in Pearce. When Pearce got in the ring, Benjamin rolled him up in a small package to retain the tag titles.

Former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre returned. This was his first appearance since losing the title at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view to The Miz via a Money In The Bank cash-in. McIntyre scored a win over Sheamus in the show’s opening match.
With help from RETRIBUTION, Mustafa Ali defeated United States Champion Riddle in singles competition.
