The UFC 260 pay-per-view has lost one of its two championship fights with the news that the Featherweight Championship fight is off.

It was revealed on Saturday’s UFC Fight Night broadcast that the fight between Alexander Volkanovski and Brian Ortega is off the card due to COVID-19 protocols. They have not announced a new date for the fight.

Volkanovski’s teammate Brad Riddell was removed from Saturday’s UFC Fight Night card due to COVID-19 protocols as well. Riddell had been scheduled for a lightweight fight with Gregor Gillespie.

This leaves one championship fight on next Saturday’s pay-per-view as Stipe Miocic will defend the UFC Heavyweight Championship against Francis Ngannou. The other main card fights include a welterweight fight between Tyron Woodley and Vicente Luque, Sean O’Malley fighting Thomas Almeida, and a lightweight fight between Khama Worthy and Jamie Mullarkey.
