William Shatner to be inducted into WWE Hall Of Fame’s celebrity wing

There are currently fives talents announced to be going into the WWE Hall Of Fame class of 2021 and those names are: Molly Holly, Eric Bischoff, The Great Khali, Glenn “Kane” Jacobs and Rob Van Dam. There will be a new addition to the celebrity wing this year and taking that position is William Shatner, who is also known as Captain James T. Kirk of the Star Trek trilogy.

The news was broken by USA Today that Shatner is going to be inducted into the celebrity wing on April 6th. Shatner is going to be a part of the 2020 class that is also being honored with the 2021 class. Back in 2007, Shatner inducted Jerry “The King” Lawler into the Hall Of Fame.

Shatner turned 90-years old on March 22nd and is following Kid Rock who was the latest celebrity to be inducted into the Hall Of Fame.

The television and film star has appeared on WWE programming a number of times including appearances on The Bump, WWE Backstage on FS1 and Raw. Shatner is joining John Bradshaw Layfield, The British Bulldog, Jushin Thunder Liger, n.W.o. (Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall & Sean Waltman) and The Bella Twins (Nikki Bella, Brie Bella) as a part of the 2020 class.
