There were new NXT Tag Team Champions crowned at TakeOver: Stand & Deliver and those champions are Nash Carter and Wes Lee of MSK.
The duo bested Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) and Legado Del Fantasma (Raul Mendoza & Joaquin Wilde) in a Triple Threat tag team match for the vacant NXT Tag Titles. The titles were vacated after former champion Danny Burch went down with a separated shoulder that has put him on the shelf for up to six months.
MSK and Grizzled Young Veterans clashed during the final stretch of the match in a rematch from the 2021 men’s Dusty Classic finals and it was MSK coming out on top once again. Carter and Lee were supposed to challenge Burch and Oney Lorcan for the titles but Wes Lee suffered a broken hand before the match.
