Prior to the NXT Women’s Championship match at TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, WWE’s latest signee Sarray was shown on-screen next to Stephanie McMahon. Sarray, the former Sareee will be joining the NXT brand. She signed with WWE in February of 2020 but her move to the U.S. was put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mickie James was on commentary for the pre-show match between Toni Storm and Zoey Stark. Stark picked up the win in that match.
