Friday Night SmackDown kept its viewership steady this past week although dipped in the key demographic.

Friday’s episode finished with 2,121,000 viewers on FOX with a 0.54 in the 18-49 demographic. The overall viewership was nearly identical to last week’s 2,119,000 but the demo did drop from 0.54 its lowest mark since the February 26th edition that generated the same number.

As usual, SmackDown finished second among network programming in the 18-49 demo behind ABC’s Shark Tank. Friday Night SmackDown was the top-rated network program among adults 18-34 with a 0.32.

SmackDown also went against the Boston Celtics vs. Denver Nuggets game on ESPN that averaged 1,146,000 viewers and a 0.38 in the demo.

In Canada, SmackDown finished with 138,400 viewers with 56,900 in the 25-54 demographic on Sportsnet 360. The sports competition on Friday included the Toronto Blue Jays vs. Tampa Bay Rays, Montreal Canadiens vs. Calgary Flames, and Curling.
