There are several title matches scheduled for the 5/11 episode of NXT on USA Network. KUSHIDA issued the challenge to Santos Escobar and the two will meet in a 2-out-of-3 Falls match for KUSHIDA’s NXT Cruiserweight Title next week. Previously announced was Raquel Gonzalez defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Mercedes Martinez.
Several debuts took place on tonight’s program. AJ Francis, who hosts ‘WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures’ on A&E aligned with Isaiah “Swerve” Scott to help Scott defeat Leon Ruff in their Falls Count Anywhere match. It was then revealed that Swerve has a group consisting of Francis, Ashante Thee Adonis and Briana Brandi.

Former EVOLVE talent Anthony Henry debuted on NXT as well. He is now donning the name “Asher Hale”. He was defeated by Cameron Grimes.

Kacy Catanzaro appeared on the show alongside her partner Kayden Carter. They set their sights on the NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles which are now in the possession of Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae. Carter and Catanzaro’s segment was interrupted by Franky Monet.
A number of challengers stepped up to NXT Champion Karrion Kross. There was a brawl that broke out between Kross, Pete Dunne, Kyle O’Reilly and Finn Balor. Kross is going to be in action next week against Austin Theory.
Adding on to the 5/11 lineup is Killian Dain versus Alexander Wolfe.
