With just over a week until the event, WWE has announced a SmackDown Tag Team Championship match for WrestleMania Backlash.
WWE’s next pay-per-view/network special will see Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode defend the SmackDown tag titles against Rey Mysterio & son Dominik.
The Mysterios were victorious over Otis & Chad Gable on the April 23rd edition of SmackDown followed by an interview segment on April 30th pushing the idea of father & son winning the tag team championship.
Ziggler & Roode won the tag titles from The Street Profits on the January 8th edition of SmackDown.

*WWE Championship: Bobby Lashley (champion) vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Braun Strowman
*Raw Women’s Championship: Rhea Ripley (champion) vs. Asuka vs. Charlotte Flair
*SmackDown Women’s Championship: Bianca Belair (champion) vs. Bayley
*SmackDown Tag Team Championship: Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode (champions) vs. Rey Mysterio & Dominik
