To open the 5/24 WWE Raw, Drew McIntyre and Kofi Kingston went one-on-one to determine who would move on to Hell In A Cell on 6/20 to challenge Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship. Lashley and MVP interfered in the match. Later on during a backstage segment with Adam Pearce, he stated that McIntyre and Kofi are going to have a rematch next week and the winner will meet Lashley at Hell In A Cell. If either MVP or Lashley interferes, Lashley will be suspended for 90 days.
Reginald accidentally cost Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles in the main event. Post-match, Baszler issued the challenge to Reginald for a match next week.

Nikki Cross had her first match on Raw since early February. She took on Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley. The stipulation was that Rhea had to beat Cross in two minutes to officially win the match. She was unsuccessful in doing so.
There was a singles match between Riddle and Xavier Woods. Riddle scored the win over Woods after hitting an RKO.
Raw Tag Team Champion AJ Styles was in action and he was pinned by Jaxson Ryker in their match.
