The first of two NJPW Road to Dominion shows kicked off today at Korakuen Hall and the final match on night one saw Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) defend the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championships against Taichi and Zack Sabre Jr.
It was Taichi and Sabre Jr. pulling off the victory and ending Guerrillas of Destiny’s seventh reign as IWGP Tag Team Champions. Both Zack and Taichi held tag team gold together before and this is their second occasion.

Miho Abe accompanied Taichi and Zack to the ring and following their win, they presented Miho Abe with the IWGP Tag Team Titles and put the belts over her shoulders.
